Review
What’s my take on Creed?
Multiple personality disorders taking the form of paranormal beings.
He is an expert unaliver and follower.
Mates with Demi while she’s asleep.
Need I say more? Absolutely.
I don’t even know where to begin with this! I randomly discovered it, and the first line of the description hooked me instantly.
I’m a monster DNA experiment and she’s everything my beasts want.
Also, if the dedication itself makes you raise an eyebrow, you know it’s going to be an interesting ride.
“To your p***y, with how she will weep for me when she reads this.”
It was a unique concept of the genre. The MMC (Creed), utilised for a DNA experiment, manages to flee from an institute. He meets FMC (Demi) and becomes completely fixated on her.
I was unsure of what to expect before beginning this story. But the prologue immediately grabbed my attention and set the stage for Creed’s story. The story shows what Creed went through before escaping, evoking sympathy. The book was intense and primal, delving into Creed’s limitless, boundary-less darkness, where his humanity was lost to the beasts within.
It was complete filth, and I fully embraced every moment of it. I was blown away by the author’s imaginative depiction of the Creeds’ responses in the story. Although I disliked some of Creed’s actions. His obsessive possessiveness keeps you on the edge, always wondering what he’ll do next.
“I’ll show her the stars even if it means dragging her through the darkness of hell.”
Creeds choices are not morally correct - well, this is a dark fantasy book with an intense MMC and is far, far from realistic. There were some questionable things that happened in this book that definitely made my eyebrows disappear into my hairline for a while. The way the author described his manhood had me like, “What on earth am I reading?”
“My c**k is bigger, replicating a tentacle. It has red suckers up and down the length while the shaft is a deep purple now. I have two additional tentacles that have grown next to the base of my cock that stay wrapped around my shaft unless I want them to move.”
What’s my take on Demi?
Cheerful character.
A much-loved member of the community.
incredibly naïve.
Near to the institute, Demi runs a diner in a small town. One night, a mysterious man in a hood shows up. Despite Creed sitting in the darkest corner of the diner and Demi never seeing his face, she was drawn to him after their first meeting.
To be honest, I found Demi remarkably slow on the uptake; she didn’t grasp that Creed was the one stalking her. A stranger arrives in town, starts watching her at her diner, and soon, people close to her are found murdered. Come on, some alarm bells had to be going off.
“Maybe I’ve been reading too many paranormal romance books.”
Demi had no choice in the all of Creeds irrational decisions. It was inevitable: she was his, and he would take what belonged to him.
“No, not god, Demi.” He bends down, his fork tongue grazing across the shell of my ear. “Your devil.”
I devoured this book in a night, and I am totally itching to read the next one. The story ends happily, but it’s one wild ride to get there.
Please be advised that this story contains many triggers and may not be suitable for all readers. Unless, like me, you relish the thrill of the unknown.
Then enjoy! You’ll never expect what’s going to happen!
